CDID has a number of products and services it can provide to the customer.
The following is a sample:
Disaster Response Intelligent System (DRIS) Architecture
DRIS is an intelligent decision-support system for use by emergency operators for urban search and rescue, risk assessment, evacuation planning, and resource management. DRIS utilizes GIS and fuzzy logic to support decision-making prior to, during and following a major disaster.
DRIS provides crisis management centers with the ability to create a common operational picture that strengthens information sharing and coordination. Emergency managers will be able to identify the location of survivors, deploy personnel, view available assets, recommend search areas, track casualaty statistics, and recommend routes to disaster areas.
Advanced Decision Support for US Army Space and Missile Defense Command
Working with heterogeneous data sources and subject matter exports, CDID’s architecture assists in mission critical decision making. The system uses a comprehensive architecture, along with a rule-based decision engine, to support users in choosing a course of action. The system is flexible in its design thereby allowing it to be applied to a wide variety of missions.
CORRIDOR (Rail,Road and Utility Risk Assessment System)
Derived from DRIS, CORRIDOR supports risk assessment for roadways, railways and other types of serial resources like pipelines and utility grids. CORRIDOR integrates data from both traditional databases, sensors and real-time traffic systems.
